 Onesimus' brand visibility in Nigeria is rapidly expanding after Rudeboy of the P Square duo shared a video of a lady dancing to 'Controller' on TikTok last Tuesday.

This is a major milestone for the African Butter, especially considering that Afrobeat, the genre he represents, originated from Nigeria. Many Nigerian ladies have enthusiastically joined the 'Controller' TikTok Challenge, causing the song to gain widespread popularity.

Within just a week of its release, over 30,000 TikTokers have shown interest in the song, and the visualizer on YouTube has garnered 700,000 views. With 'Controller', Onesimus has once again demonstrated his status as an international star from Malawi, following the inclusion of his song 'Green Light, Red Light' in the South African Netflix series 'Blood & Water' last month.

His transition from Gospel music to secular music has opened up new opportunities in the international market, with his songs gaining traction on Spotify and other digital platforms.
