REVIVAL OF SCHOOL CYPHERS

UMP Festival is bringing back the highly anticipated cyphers this year after a hiatus since 2020. The 2024 edition, known as The Evolution, will take place at Cape Maclear in Mangochi from October 25 to 28.

The cyphers aim to showcase emerging talents and foster connections with university student bodies. Participating institutions in the UMP 2024 cyphers include Mzuzu University (Mzuni), Malawi University of Business and Applied Sciences (MUBAS), Malawi University of Science and Technology (MUST), University of Malawi (UNIMA), Blantyre International University (BIU), Malawi College of Accountancy (MCA), Catholic University of Malawi, University of Livingstonia, DMI, Maqu, Natural Resources College (NRC), and Kamuzu University of Health Sciences (KUHES).
